By accessing or using the Tefaz social media platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By posting User Content to the Service, you automatically grant Tefaz a non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Tefaz's business.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the Service any of the following:

Tefaz may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall Tefaz, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
Tefaz reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
