2. How old do I need to be to use Tefaz?

Tefaz is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. In compliance with our Terms of Use and relevant privacy regulations, users must certify that they meet this minimum age requirement upon account registration. If you are under 18, we strongly recommend reviewing our Terms and Privacy Policy with a parent or legal guardian.

We prioritize your privacy. Tefaz implements several security measures to protect your information, including data encryption and strict access controls. Furthermore, we are committed to transparency regarding data usage. 4. What if my account is suspended?

Please send an email to 'appeal@tefaz.my.id' (without quotation marks) with your username as the subject line and the reason for the suspension in the body of the email. Also, don't forget to attach a photo of your driver's license, ID card, or other form of identification. Then, simply wait for the process. For example:

5. What payments are accepted?

For now, we only use PayPal and transfers to local banks (Indonesia) and do not rule out the possibility of expanding to other payments such as Kassa and so on.
